Customer is responsible for return shipping
If product is received damaged, defective, or is not the item customer ordered, contact us immediately at info@kasslynaedesigns.com to resolve the issue
Must provide a clear picture of damaged, defective, or incorrect item in return email
Must contact us first. Item returned without proper notice will not be accepted.
If Kass Lynae Designs is at fault for shipping an incorrect item, we will arrange free shipping for return, and fulfill order with correct item.
All sale items are final
Kass Lynae Designs cannot process returns for products purchased at any retail partner location.
